Bred by Professor A. F. Yeager of the North Dakota Experiment Station and released in 1932. Golden Bison was developed from a cross of Bison and Golden Queen Tomato. The 1938 Oscar H. Will & Co. catalog states, "A fine addition to the Bison family. Professor Yeager has combined the earliness and the compact habit of Bison with a medium sized, smooth, mild Golden Tomato of the finest quality". Golden Bison is one of the most productive tomatoes I have grown. The blemish free globe shaped golden yellow fruit are medium sized and the flavor is very good being sweet and mild. Great for short season areas. Determinate, regular leaf foliage. (60 days from transplant)

25 seeds per packet.
